The 2024-2025 school year brings the start of our parallel year with the Kansas Education Data System (KEDS).  We have a few districts already connected to KEDS and will be onboarding more in phases with the goal of having all public districts on by the end of the 2024 calendar year.  During the parallel year the KIDS system will remain the source for student data.  There will be validations performed on the data received through KEDS as well as comparisons with data submitted through KIDS.  Districts will have access to a Data Validation Portal where they will be able to view this information.   To stay up to date on the current status of this project and to find related resources please visit our website at https://kedx.ksde.org/.
